One day in 2012, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the construction site of the Rungna Dolphinarium. Going round the construction site, he called beside him one of the designers to say that when he was coming in, he felt it would be better to build the corridor from the central hall to the auditorium like an arched aquarium so that the audience would feel themselves going into the sea. The officials looked at the wall, wondering how the corridor could be turned into an aquarium. After a while, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un pointed at part of the wall, suggesting that the wall should be demolished and an aquarium built in. This is how the wall aquarium was newly born at the Rungna Dolphinarium.
