It happened one day when respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the farms in South Hwanghae Province hit by a typhoon. Giving earnest instructions on waging a campaign to minimize crop damage by the typhoon, he continued his field guidance. And then he took a measure for the officials of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea to go among the farmers in the typhoon-hit areas in South Hwanghae Province with aid materials by departments to conduct political activities while helping them repair the damage from the following day.
